Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide your order number, reason for return, and a detailed description of the issue

  3. The product must be in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Refund Policy

We will process a refund once we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • If you're returning a product because you're not satisfied or change your items, you'll need to pay for shipping costs back to us.
  • If you're returning a product because it was damaged or defective, we'll cover the shipping cost.
